Making a Reservation Online
With the New River Gorge Gateway Center online reservation system you are able to:

What is required to make a reservation?
When you find the property of your choice you can either book the property online or call us at 1-304-574-1802. When making your reservation we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is processed 14 days prior to your check-in.
When is check-in & check-out time?
Most properties will be available for check-in at 4:00 pm. An early check-in may be possible, some units have an additional fee for a guaranteed early check-in.
Check out time is 10:00 a.m. A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room.
Cancellation and No Refund Policy
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to the day that the final payment is due. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, New River Gorge Gateway Center will charge the following cancellation penalty. From initial date of booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, Guest will be charged a $40 cancellation fee from their initial deposit. 50% REFUND OF FULL BALANCE FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 AND 31 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL
New River Gorge Gateway Center regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges or rules above, whatever the circumstances.
New River Gorge Gateway Center recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance either through their insurance broker or travel agent.
How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from New River Gorge Gateway Center?
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain newrivergorgegatewaycenter.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation including directions and arrival instructions via email within minutes of making your reservation. Yes, there are many shops and restaurants within 2 miles of our properties.
How many people are allowed to stay in each home?
Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each property on our website. Maximum occupancy includes any infants and/or children. Please check the specific occupancy information provided for the unit you are interested in.

Is there air conditioning?
All of our vacation homes have central air and heat and most of our cabins have window air conditioning; however there may not be one in each room of the cabin. We are continually
Is there a fully equipped kitchen in all vacation homes?
Yes, of our vacation homes have a fully equipped kitchen including:
Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, broom, and dust pan. All of our large rustic cabins also have full kitchens.
Our smaller cabins do not have a stove or oven, just small convenience areas with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, there are linens, bedding, and towels provided in each vacation home and large cabins. Our smallest cabins have everything except blankets.
Are the vacation homes cleaned daily?
No, the vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a Mid-stay Clean at an additional charge, generally $75 for smaller units and $125 larger units. A Mid-stay Clean includes: changing linens and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.
Are the properties Non-Smoking?
Yes, all of our properties are strictly Non-Smoking.
What sort of extras are provided in the units? No Extras At This Time
